What exactly do they have against Jesus? Is what he stood for so offensive to them? Let's see, we have love, forgiveness. justice, peace... Yeah, those are really awful things.

On the bright side, they're admitting that love, forgiveness, justice, peace, aren't really tings liberals identify with anymore.

The want to live the way that makes them feel good without any responsibility. They know Jesus, and can't stand him because he reminds them of their sin. They don't want to be reminded of what they know deep down inside.

My friend, the people representing this belief happen to be God haters, by any name. They have no use for Him, a la Michael Moore (Leninist/Marxist that he is), Bill Mahr, and rest of them. They don't mind going along with a nameless, faceless, generic, feel-good, Easter-time Christmas-time (nee Saturnalia) type god, but they will NEVER accept a personal God. Doesn't fit in with who they are. By the way, did we ever find out what Kerry's many "plans" were?

Democrats: The party of "acceptance" and "freedom". Yet another another example of why liberalism is a lifestyle of contradiction.
