I was reading on another site and all they think that flyover America collects money from the government and they support people in the middle of the country. I immediately thought "well you the heck feeds the cities on the east and west coast"

You know, they can just take Chicago. Lop off Cook County. Sorry if any Freepers live there. Really sorry.
Our little county downstate Illinois went for Bush.
As for the names - I like BushWorld.
Slogan - No Little Weenies Allowed...
A_R
PS - No John, that isn't big enough...
To: tx_eggman
They have the graphic wrong... it would be "The United STATE of Texas"
Added benefit - we could keep the Texas Logo "Don't Mess with Texas"

Since socialists don't belive in individual property ownership, why would they want land?
They don't get one blade of grass from the US - let them eat crossaints in Canuckistan.
Also, I agree - western Canada is American already! I think we could get another 4 or 5 states out of it...welcome aboard!!

I say we go with the United State of Texas for now--at the end of the day (at the end of world), the United State of Texas, like all the rest, will fold itself into JesusLand...

Actually, a lot of Baja Canada is ours', as well. It was only the socialist redoubts in Seattle and along the coast that flipped those states, just like in California.

Greetings from a native Albertan. Personally, I suspect I've got a lot more in common with the average resident of Denver or Houston than the average Torontonian, and I suspect a lot of other folks around here feel much the same way. Just extend I-15 up here and I'd say we're in, along with 180,000,000,000 barrels of oil.
Congratulations, by the way. You guys made the right choice yesterday.
