Title says it all. Stand by
It's time Republicans stopped acting like wusses and played hardball like the lefties.
Kerry is still in congress where he can do harm. He is free to run again and would probably be re-elected. He has not - and will not - repudiate his war crimes claim against his so-called "brothers".
He has to go.
Attack the media on this issue. Nobody will fault you for that. Attacking a loser is just not good form. There will be time to get him when it is time. Not now.
"I know kerry is a skunk and a traitor and most likely a communist or communist-sympathizer."
As is everyone in the Democratic Party and the media that enabled his campaign, which is why the truth *must* be exposed. And in fact one of the major reason the President was re-elected was because the Swift Boat Vets helped get the truth out there. Bush would've won by more if the media hadn't been allowed to suppress the truth. The kid gloves need to come off. It's McCarthy time.
The time is during his next election. Now would turn him into a sympathetic figure and would not be remembered 6 months from now.
You mean the media that would hardly give John O'Neill the time to explain the issues? That media?
Well said.
Exactly. Not only that it is not likely that he will keep his mouth shut about the War on Terrorism. Before long he will be spewing forth his treasonous swill about how evil the USA is etc. The tiger does not change is stripes.
McCain was party to that whitewashing also.
What does John Kerry's marriage have to do with it?
Kerry is still in congress where he can do harm. He is free to run again and would probably be re-elected. He has not - and will not - repudiate his war crimes claim against his so-called "brothers".
He has to go.
In the Senate, effin' will continue to vote against W's judicial appointments. He has to go.
Effin' is a turd and the Body Politic needs a purgative.
This is the sort of thing that shouldn't be used right now ... all the evidence should be gathered and then tucked away in a safe place for future use.
In his email to supporters today, Kerry said "But the outcome should be decided by voters, not a protracted legal process." There are two ways to read this: first as attempte to do what Nixon did in 1960 and Senator-elect Thune did in 2002: graciously concede in the hopes of living to run another day. Second, as Kerry's first overt broadside against Al Gore for the 2008 Dem nomination.
Even if this is released, Kerry won't lose MA. But what he WILL be able to do is spend the next four years working this to his advantage ... acting all contrite and remorseful, perhaps even offering up a token apology to Vietnam Vets.
And it could work.
The most important thing about the successful campaign by the Swift Vets wasn't their evidence or content ... it was their timing, hitting Kerry at a vulnerable point where he had recieved his party's nomination and had just made his own service a core issue of the general election campaign. Had their attack begun earlier ... perhaps even before or during the primaries, Kerry might have had a chance to recover and move far enough beyond the disclosure that they wouldn't play an issue in the Fall.
The Swift Vets, indeed all of us, NEED to assume that Kerry WILL be back, and plan for it accordingly. Something as explosive as an Other than Honorable Discharge should be held in reserve, should the need arise.
It's worth money to me.
I want a stake driven through his heart to make sure he stays dead.
Giving Kerry a pass now seems at first glance to be the decent thing to do. But...with the connivance of the MSM and illegal activities of the RATs, Moore, Hollyweirds, and Soros, etc., we came close to electing Kerry CINC, and he has 'extremely bad character' (a little David Horowitz). We must make sure that that stake is driven through Kerry's traitorous heart because there are others as bad or worse waiting in the wings, waiting to sell the US down the river. Hill comes to mind, but there are others, and they need to see that messing with this country, with the Constitution and the military, those who risk their lives for freedom, will earn them a fast and furious tarring and feathering. This election was extremely important, a lot more than tax rebates and affordable health insurance was at risk.
Yes!!! To losing his senate seat. And No!! to his having access to classified anything ever again.
I like that idea. Excellent. Missing POW's and MIA's need an airing.
Nicely put!
Caught in the web of lies created with his own words and deeds.
>>>>I just think that a lot of the people who voted for him would be shocked to know about his traitorous activities, and that he hid a less-than-honorable discharge.
<<<<What makes you think they don't know?
I assure you that a lot don't know, the media won't tell them and they don't do research. I personally spoke with at least two who said they supported Kerry and yet could not tell me what he did for an occupation and when told that he was a Senator could not tell me what state he represented. The ignorance of a large part of the Democratic support is unimaginable, they literally would vote for a yellow dog if you named it after a Democrat. We need to reinstate voting requirements other than allowing anyone who is able to get to the poll to vote.
Yes attack them.
