How do you put something in Google CACHE or another web-based cache? (Vanity)

Just wondering, is there a quick and easy way to put something into Google Cache, or another web-based Cache?

You just insert it head first and then turn clockwise until you hear the characteristic click

I would really like the archive/cache the page in bold on CNN below, so anyone on the Internet can see the original before it changes...

Right click the picture of the president and wife, goto properties, look at the file name:
"http://cdn-channels.netscape.com/cppops/features/n/ne_election5/i/asshole.jpg"
It may not last long.
Can anyone help?
