Electoral College Projections: Bush 286, Kerry 253
The votes from New Mexico are now showing a Bush victory of almost 30,000 votes with 100% of precincts reporting.
Bush currently leads in Iowa by 11,000 votes with only 36 precincts remaining.
In Ohio Bush presently leads by a virtually insurmountable 140,000 votes with only 2% of precincts remaining.
The facts are becoming clear and now we have an electoral vote total to back it: as LST has called it, President Bush has been reelected with a strong majority.
Senator Kerry currently leads in Michigan and Wisconsin, though neither is enough to reach the 270 votes needed to win the White House.
Counting Bush's New Mexico victory and the projected wins in Ohio and Iowa provides us with an electoral vote total of 286 votes for President Bush and 253 votes for John Kerry.
In this case it will far four short of the 290-320 I assured my best friend that Bush would win.
The Liberal Networks and Democrats Grasping at Straws
By Dan Patrick
It is now one hour after I declared Bush the winner. The networks still have not called it for the President. It is sad to watch the the various anchors refuse the reality of the outcome. On CNN Wolf Blitzer just said we still don't knolw the outcome of the election. Yes Wolf we do. Larry King sits on a panel with his chin in his hand perplexed at how the country has rejected Kerry and the democratic message. Over at CBS Rather looks like a 6 year old who was just told there was no Santa Claus. Various other anchors and reporters at NBC, MSNBC and ABC have a look on their face that gives away who they were rooting for and it wasn't Bush.
What I am watching is the last gasp of a dying elite media who can't figure out what went wrong. What they don't realize is that they are part of the problem. Every lIberal anchor, commentator and reporter is trying to find a way that Kerry can still win. They are now suggesting that Ohio may have 200,000 provisional votes that have not been counted and that Kerry will not concede until those are counted. Based on the current numbers with Bush up by 100,000 plus votes in Ohio, even if there were 200,000 uncounted votes, Kerry would have to have to win almost 75% of those votes. That is very unlikely. However, Kerry may be ready to drag this country through weeks of vote counting for no reason. This will only turn off the public even more to the networks and the democrats. They still don't get it. One network in particular is in total meltdown mode, CNN.

It was less than the 300 I predicted but I'll take it nonetheless. Only off by one point in the popular vote total.
Sandy Berger dropped a pant load full of ballots onto Sante Fe, 110% of ballots
I told my wife it would be 300 EV (+ or - 10 pts) and 52% to 48% of the popular vote.
Thank you God for the re-election of President George bush.
Canned Daschle, got Edwards' seat. Made gains in the House and Senate.
It was a very good night.
4 short? Take another look at NH. It may very well still be in play.
That math is correct.
Let's take Bush up by 100,000, with 200,000 votes left.
Assume no spoiled ballots, no Nader votes.
Bush + Kerry = 200,000
Kerry - Bush = 100,001 (needs to make up out of 200,000)
Add the two equations.
Bush - Bush + Kerry + Kerry = 300,001
2 * Kerry = 300,001
Kerry = 150,000
QED
If you throw in PA, where the supposition of 150,000 fraudulent Dem 'votes' (especially in the Philly area) would make the difference, you've got your 300.
Last post of a long happy day!! Good night all. God bless this American Website and God bless the United States of America.
290 would also have been handy, since it would have been "ohio proof"
Yeah, it's hilarious that the networks are ignoring the fact that there is no way except through obvious fraud that Kerry can make up the difference on provisional ballots. (Won't stop the attempt, though.)
They're very saddened. In fact, deeply saddened. And it's seared, SEARED in their memory. Well, maybe not quite that deeply...
Someone please explain to me why the MSM will not concede Ohio to Bush? Look at the data at 3:28am EST:
Ohio: Bush 2,742,952
Kerry 2,602,729
Bush lead: 140,223
Pennsylvania: Bush 2,698,560
Kerry 2,832,795
Kerry lead: 134,235
98% of all precints reported in both Ohio and Pennsylvania but Pennsylvania was put into the Kerry column very early in the evening.
I do believe the MSM has a problem facing the music and the facts.
Nevada and New Mexico have been treated the same way.
Counting has actually stopped in Iowa so you will not see that one finalized tonight (and I will be suspicious of a Kerry victory coming in the middle of the night).
Last election, it was quite clear that the media was holding off on calling Bush states (even this year they held off on Florida when there was NO winnable count for Kerry).
CBS has now tallied it at 249 for Bush and 242 for Kerry. They WILL NOT call NM or NV.
Click the link and welcome Dan Patrick on his new endevor. He has renamed ChronicallyBiased.com to LoneStarTimes.com.
He is assailing all media bias (but Houston's local daily in particular). It should eventually become a "daily" for Houston.
There are more articles on the site (some are short slams at Tom Brokaw and others). It appears that the ChronicallyBiased.com news will still be isolated from "news".
CBS just called Nevada for Bush.
January 19th, I expect John Kerry to concede.
