"Arrests Made In Connection With Anhydrous Ammonia Theft"

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "They arrested 29-year-old Brian D. Hill and 44-year-old James L. Kachelmier, both of St. Maries, on charges of Attempted Manufacture of Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine. They also arrested a 17-year-old male who was with them.

Hill and Kachelmier were taken to the Whitman County Jail.They were scheduled to appear in court late Tuesday afternoon. The juvenile was taken to Martin Hall Detention Center in Medical Lake.

The Whitman County Sheriff's Office says patrols have been increased in the county where anhydrous ammonia is stored and citizens are being encouraged to call 911 if they see suspicious activity."

Thanks for the update Cindy on the anhydrous ammonia theft. We have an epidemic of meth labs in this country, and terrorists lurk in those same neighborhoods and backwoods hidey holes. Both need to be eliminated, one by one, neighborhood by neighborhood, hidey hole by hidey hole.
