LOL. Thanks for the compliment. I've been a writer all my life, but much of it has been tech writing, so I'm used to getting up to speed on subject matter quickly. I spent some time at the Associated Press in New York, so I have experience culling articles, scanning quickly, and determining value for the audience. As a writer, I have played with a number of plot lines involving terrorism, including a scenario that I wrote back in the mid-1980's about a terrorist invasion of the Connecticut River Valley communities, where I was living at the time.

Just curious -- How did you end up in the Norfolk area from the CT River Valley? US Navy? And how did an AP writer end up on a forum for conservatives? (Perhaps we can apply your experience to others to free them from the AP mentality.)
