Where is the grace, Mr. Kerry?
Come on! What's with not calling New Mexico????? Arghgh.
He waffles on every stance he makes and you expected him to allow this to finish tonight?
Canada and Europe is too good for them! Ship their fat asses to Falluja and leave them for dead.
Democrats have NO CLASS, & NO INTEGRITY!! The party of hack lawyers and overweight alcoholics, all too damn self-absorbed to give a damn about what is best for their country.
Where did you get the numbers from? Here is the latest from the Ohio DOS election website.
Precincts Reporting: 96.48%
Office Candidate Party Votes % Of Votes
President/Vice President
Bush, George W. Republican 2,702,532 51.34%
Kerry, John F. Democratic 2,536,460 48.18%
That makes it more like 166072 votes.
The dems are just sore losers. George Bush is still President and that's all that counts. Let Kerry whine and cry about it. There's no way that there's enough votes for him in Ohio.
Nevada is easy, outside LV its all republican, very easy to call, in NM, they cheat, big time.
By definition, provisional ballots are not necessarily good votes.
Each provisional ballot must be checked. If that person is not registered, or whatever, the vote does not even count.
Whatever is left, those votes would likely be evenly divided between Bush and Kerry.
Simply put, this is a no-win suicide mission for Kerry in Ohio.

CSPAN CALLED NV to Bush, why hasn't fox???
CSPAN has called NV to Pres Bush, but they have not given us OH yet
Fox stated that the Reps said that only about 7-20% of Ohio Provisional ballots end up even being counted.
cornered psychopaths can be dangerous. be glad all he is doing is not conceding. there is the problem of him going ballistic and throwing spit wads at us all...
Yahoo says 101% of polls have checked in for NM. 101 ?
Blackwell said that 90% are held to be valid; he also implied that there were around 140,000. If that's true, then there's probably 126,000 valid provisional ballots. Not enough.
FOX said it has something to do with what the registration is in the remaining counties.
The reason they could call OH was because the remaining counties were more repub.
Let me get this right. Kerry takes Penna by 134,000 with 98% of the vote counted and thats a solid win.
Bush has taken Ohio with 139,000 with 98% in and it is too close to call.
RIGHT!!!!!!!!
I saw the Secretary of State in Ohio say different, that about 90 percent were counted last time round. Even so, if Bush's 137,000 regulr-ballot margin holds up. Kerry would have to win about 89 percent of the estimated 175,000 provisional ballots to close the gap. That's just plain not going to happen.
My bad, forgot to reduce the 175,000 by a ten percent rejection rate - Actually Kerry would have to win 93 percent of outstanding provisional ballots. Game over.
Thanks, CA. I'm tired and confused by all this...and completely ticked.
I believe the margin of victory in OHIO has surpassed the margin of Kerry's victory in PA.
