According to the CNN website, Cuyahoga county is reporting at 99% and Bush is still ahead 100,000 in the overall votes. It's looking like the remaining precincts will break at worst even for Bush. With a 100,000 vote lead (about 2%), there is no way Kerry can win this state even assuming a best-case scenario for Kerry in regards to provisonal ballots.
If we get Iowa and Wisconsin, it wont matter and then they will concede.
The final words of Kerry
I saw the smae thing. The rest of the votes should trend Bush.
Praise the Lord!
Not naysaying. I hope you are right.
But is CNN calling it for Bush yet?
We have Iowa.
No, they'll just sue in those states too.

It's over Jim - Cuyahoga is Cleveland and they don't have nothin left !
Kerry won't concede. He doesn't have it in him.
Some Bush Counties are still out as well.
Darn, my ISP went down for about an hour... hope it stays back up.
Kerry probably has a plan.
I don't know if they will ever concede, but a lot of the remaining votes are from Hamilton County where Cincy is. We are conservative and we will go to Bush. The margin will increase from here
It's official. Senator Kerry is a classless punk if he doesn't concede and let President Bush and his followers have the moment they were denyed 4 years ago. Those democrats are like a piece of gum you can't off your shoe. Just once I'd like to see a bit of class from the Democrats.....bunch of whiners!!!!
It looks like most of the counties that need to report are GOP strongholds!
And Hamilton still only 1/2 the precincts are in
