FLORIDA TRENDING BUSH: BUSH - 57%, KERRY - 42% (Real Time Results)
Ha! Escambia (mine), Santa Rosa, Duval, and Okaloosa counties haven't reported yet. (strong Republican leaning Florida counties)
Counties are the only important number here not the state, too wide a variance in parts of the state.
Florida took down the PAST results to save bandwidth for 2004. I've got printed sheets of 2000 and 2002(Gov.) and precinct info all printed.
Heres another 100%, Bush doing better in ALL counties.
2004
Wakulla County 100.0%
Bush 5,806
Kerry 4,222
2000
Bush 4512
Gore 3838
I'm guessing that the Florida panhandle will go AT LEAST 3 to 1 for Bush! Lots of military and retired military out there plus some good solid conservative citizens (might even go 4 to 1 for Bush?).
YEEEEHAAAAW, ROLL ON! LOOKIN GOOD IN FLORIDA!
"Remember too, that the counts do NOT include approximately 150,000 absentee votes for Bush that you can add to whatever total they give out"
If this is true then there is no way Bush wins just with todays ballots. This will go to Thurs.
Ralph Reed said today that in both Miami-Dade and Broward the GOP had met or exceeded its GOTV by 5:00!!!! He also said they were "dead," and had done all their damage in early voting.
I agree...all the best Arpege92!!
Bush has an 11 point lead in Florida right now.
I heard that too. According to the news, Bush is up 57-42 with 12% precincts reporting in Fl.
No Broward or Miami-Dade results, yet.
I voted absentee last week, out of town, how was the turnout in Pensacola?
None of the big counties have reported
Let me tell you my wife and I went to vote at 3:30 and we live in a 3 to 1 Republican area. There was 80 percent of our precint in at 3:30. I have no doubt that 100 percent of the republicans turned out in Florida. Bush will win it without a doubt.
I wish my vote made a difference. I'm from New York...land of the Beast (hillary)!
Best to you as well!
I didn't feel anxious on my wedding night.
Bush steady ahead in FL. 55-44 with 18% reporting.
So far Bush is leading in Orange County, which surprises me because he lost there in 2000. I'm hoping this is a good sign.
" have my party hat on, but dammit! I forgot to buy a bottle of champers! Oh well, beer will do just fine! "
No party hat but I've got beer , sake and champagne ready to flow !
I remember reading one of the FReepers right here that night 4 years ago, and he was right, and then about an hour later NBC retracted their Bush victory call.
