This happened in 2000 too. Even when the idiot networks called it for Gore, Bush had a lead of several hundred thousand, which steadily dropped through the night. The same thing will probably happen tonight, so don't panic when the results start to tighten.
I think they wait for others to report than "count" accordingly.
If we pull this out, this will make me about 1461 days... (4 years plus a leap)
Miami-Dade and Broward are the killjoys, heavily Dem and they report late. We'll see how it plays out..

Do you have the county-by-county breakdown from 2000? I had it somewhere, but can't seem to locate it...

Don't get too excited yet guys. Similar results came in in 2000. I remember sitting around wondering how the MSM was calling it for gore when Bush was up like 80,000 votes.
Just talked to my parents in Lee County (repub terrority) they said people are still lined up out the door waiting to vote.
miami dade is where the shenanigans take place - so be wary and be on guard.

Fox News has Bush up w/ 16 per cent of vote in, 55 to 45 I think BUT they say it's too close to call.
