Can anyone tell me how Pennsylvania can be so anti-Bush??
Yeah. What about the Amish votes?
Philly.
It is tightening. Bush now up to 35%. It will get closer as the night progresses.
Amish appeasement?
In Pennsylvania, it's just that Philly and urban areas have reported and the rest of our votes are just beginning to come in . . . wait and see, it might get interesting . . . here's a cool PA vote tally map link: www.cnn.com/election/2004/pages/results/states/PA/p/00/map.html
Yeah. It's called Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
It is only anti-Bush in pockets, but big 'uns.
1) Philly corruption
2) Unions
3) Old people who used to be in unions
4) Rich liberal blue-bloods & yuppies
Plus, the RATS and MoveOn.org hit this state very hard. I posted this before, but I spoke with the GOP poll watchers at my precinct today about signs. There were only two Bush signs outside and lots of Kerry signs, and throughout the area, there were hundreds of Kerry signs since the summer and hardly any Bush signs. They told me that the county got 8000 signs and almost all were stolen. They said that the RATS were paying $50 per stolen Bush sign.
