I'll be grateful if we ONLY have to wait until Thursday. We'll be very lucky if we know something definitive by January. This is bad, folks.

Somebody asked about Clooney in KY. Saw on messnbc his opponent was in the mid 50 percent, and Clooney was at 45%

Didn't catch how many precincts, a few minutes ago it was 19% of precincts though.

If everyone is getting their polling results from the same place, AP, then I guess every single broadcast will have the exact same info. Also, the AP is not George's friend. They have some reporters that have a distinct left perspective.

How do we know if they are being truthful or spinning to help kerry?

If Va is to close to call, something is really really wrong. I thought it was safe.

Northern VA is our sacrifice to the communist gods.

Stay strong.

SC also has a very large black population (well over 30% if I remember right) which will break, at worst, 75% Democrat. That's, what, 22.5% right there? He'd only need to get around 30-35% of the white vote to make 45% total then, and between the liberals that do infest our cities here, and the remnant of the old conservative Democrats that STILL won't vote Republican because Abe Lincoln was one, I could see him doing it. No more than 45%, though.

I'd like to wipe that smirk off of his face.

How 'bout we just transfer it to Dubya?

They gave KY to Bush

Small favor... Please spell out the name of the state when you're using it in that context.

LOL!

NH is not projected yet (some local polls are still open for another 40 minutes). It is considered the Bush 2000 state most likely to go to Kerry this time around.

Northern VA is the liberal part with unionized govt workers. Southern VA is going to be slower to come in. More rural, fewer machines to count, etc. This means that Northern VA's numbers are already in.
