I just went back to my heavily Demoratic polling site. Dead. Noone. Nada. This morning was reasobably busy. Now it is dead. I believe GOPers will continue to turn out heavy later in day after work as well. I will update at 6pm to let you know how site is.

Anyone near a GOP site in Florida. We should compare lines or lack there of.

I live in a small, heavily republican precinct, and 75% of the precinct was at the polling place this AM. Also, close to 90% had polled when I voted. Here is to good luck tonight...

The democrap poll operator machine has taken care of this with 'contingency votes' ... preassembled blocks of votes manufactured to fill in when so many dem constituencies decide to not vote for a traitor and can't bring themselves to vote for Bush.

Ralph just saying that Rat turnout in "fortress" precints is "anemic" - says Rats put all their eggs in the early voting basket and that they just are not where they need to be for sKerry to win.

Ralph is also decrying the early reports of exit polls as detrimental to the process. PAGING DRUDGE.

I voted early this morning in a some what Republican heavy area (San Jouquin, CA). No long lines (rural area) but there were more people then usual. My wife voted about 9 AM, and it was still moderatly busy.

Nice thought, but I'm skeptical of exit poling whether its good or bad.

I also live in a heavy dem precinct in Florida.

My dad waited in line an hour to be near the front of the line this AM. The line was very long when he left at 7:15

My sister and BIL showed up at the poll at about 7 and waited and hour in order to vote.

I showed up at 10ish and was in and out in 1/2 hour.

Hubby came home at 1:30 and was in and out in 5 minutes.

We just went by and the place is EMPTY!

The Rats will have a very strong vote in FL if they can get away with it, even if they have a low turnout (fraud). They will go down the registration list and vote in those people's names. If we can stop the fraud or slow it down enough, we will win. That is the key.

I *wish.* Would love to help out but I am in southern Palm Beach County - not much different than Broward.

Will check back later to see if you find anyone to compare notes with.

One hour and 10 minutes before the polls in Indiana and Kentucky close. I'm looking forward to ending the speculation and discussing the results.

Sounds like everybody was showing up early because of the hype.

I don't doubt the polling places were just as dead in the 2000 election, when all those imaginary voters were disenfranchised.

I live in Seminole County (Orlando area). We're considered to be more conservative than Orange County (Lot's of upscale neighborhoods housing high-paid executives in this county). Anyway - I'm going to vote this evening with my wife, but just driving around (around 4pm) I passed several precincts and while I didn't see any lines, the parking lots were packed (some had to park out in the street).

The die-hards will show up early because they have a lot of pent-up energy to vote. The average person who really does not care about politics will show up later in the day, if at all.

My daughter and son-in-law also said the demonrat precinct where we live was virtually deserted by noon. A friend of my daughter was a GOP pollwatcher. She told her it was just a trickle in the morning too.

I voted by absentee ballot as I am housebound due to illness.

Just as predicted, the black voter turn-out will be relatively low. You can just hear the Democratic chains breaking.........for more years W!
