I have been doing work for two candidates, One a guy running for PA State House, and another one in the US House (John Peterson)... From what I'm hearing higher up in the campaigns, the GOP voting turnout in this rural area of PA (that went 62-34 to Bush) is OFF THE FRICKIN CHARTS!!!
They actually think Pennsylvania is going to goto Bush.. I'll get more when I hear it!!!!!
I want a photo of that!
If the Amish don't have phones, are volunteers knocking on their doors today to get out the vote ?
I drive through rural Lancaster County to get to work. I passed one polling place and there must have been 100 people waiting. And the Amish seem to be coming out to vote - saw two buggies approaching that polling area, and saw 10-12 others, when normally I might see one that early in the morning.
LOL!
Around noon, I'm going back to my private pistol range here at my nursery-garden center, and shoot my Glock 32/.357 SIG, and 1911A1 Kimber "Eclipse Target II" .45cal ACP, to relieve some of the (((:::tension:::))), so I don't puke, either. If you're in the York, PA neighborhood, drop by for some target practice, KG. BBQ and Rolling Rock longnecks, on me.
I just commuted into Penn Station, NYC. There were Kerry people on every corner trying to give away buttons. I observed very few takers. They were all but ignored! I view this as a most encouraging sign.
Saw over a dozen buggies out this morning, including two approaching a polling place. Normally I don't see more than one out that early. It's anecdotal, but they seem to be coming out.
If Bush Wins PA, it will be more than an early night for Dan Rather. He might as well not even report for work. He should prolly get a bed at the local hospital anyway with a nice slow IV drip.............
You and me both, pal!
Megapundit.com is printing of the Ohio secretary of State website. This is with 34% of 2000 turnout.

Toda laEl (Thanks the Lord in hebrew) if this is true... This is one time when we need all willing hands on board!
Yes, I am indeed. He doesn't particularly like the president but really hates Kerry. He thinks that at best Kerry sold us out after his VN years and at worst is still affiliated with the communists. He yelled at his son over the phone last night for voting for the liar.
Hey brother...
VOTE! YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.
What wonderful news! I am SO glad that these good people are coming to the polls.
Add me to the list...
My trusty Alka Seltzer has kept me alive these last days...
Re: The Philly situation . Two weeks ago I knocked on doors in South Philly and in northeast Philly this past Saturday and Sunday. Don't mean to put a wet blanket on the situation, but there were a whole lot of Kerry/Edwards signs. The Repubs I talked to were all psyched. I just hope there are enough new Repub voters there or Dems voting for Bush this time, because the Kerry/Edwards sign situation was a little overwhelming in Philly.
But here's a fun thing: a woman in northeast Philly had a lifesize cutout of Bush on her lawn, complete with spotlight ! We were surprised no one had torn it down.
With 0.2% of the votes counted, I am calling the state for Bush. 8-)
