If I were elected President I would immediately work to reform the voting system across the country. I would require installation of the same type fingerprint scanners as we have at airports to screen foreign visitors. I think all Americans deserve to know that their vote is worth just as much as someone who isn't bound by ethics or morals not to cheat.

And add to that, each candidate has to donate 10% of his contributions to updating/re-doing the whole voting process.

If I were president, I'd give the UN 2 weeks notice to vacate, Impound all their vehicles until all the parking tickets were paid, Round up all the ambassadors and their staff that refuse to leave voluntarily and put them on a plane to Somalia.
