Today's Topic: If I Were President, I Would.....? With the election going on today, we decided to make each of you "President" for a day. Now that you are ruling the country--what would you do? Would you give everyone Friday's off? Would you get rid of the income tax? What would you do? |
~ President (Insert Your Name) ~
Scenario
Before you sit down and do this, please GO VOTE!
America needs you. You have been made President for a day because the current one is going fishing on the new Mars settlement.
If I Were President, I Would...... Ban Taxes? Remove The Speed Limit? Repeal the Beer Tax? (Have to get a plug in for Burkaman 4 President!)
What would you do?
We want to know!! |
Now it's your turn to share. What would you do as President? |

A PRAYER OF PROTECTION
The light of God surround you The love of God enfold you The power of God protect you The presence of God watch over you Wherever you are,God is, And all is well. Amen.
Bless This House
Bless this house O Lord we pray;
Make it safe by night and day;
Bless these walls so firm and stout,
Keeping want and trouble out:
Bless the roof and chimneys tall,
Let thy peace lie over all;
Bless this door, that it may prove
ever open to joy and love.
Bless these windows shining bright,
Letting in God's heav'nly light;
Bless the hearth a'blazing there,
with smoke ascending like a prayer;
Bless the folk who dwell within,
keep them pure and free from sin;
Bless us all that we may be
Fit O Lord to dwell with thee;
Bless us all that one day we
May dwell O Lord with thee.

They finally turned the heat on yesterday and we got a little cloud-cover and accompanying drizzle that warmed us up today. However, It's chilly enough to have my heater on tonight . . . I am NOT looking forward to PT in the morning.
On the other hand, I could thank my lucky stars we have no snow!!!

I've been told we're too far south and too close to the sea. However, the weather this year has been out of the ordinary. On the other hand, Japan has been bearing the brunt of every natural disaster that has come our way this year. I pray they are spared a harsh winter, too.
Thanks for the tea!

Well I would do what Steppenwolf said in the song The Pusher. I would declare total war on the Pushserman. Also I would build a big electric fence on the borders. Plus I would find all those people that said "If Bush wins I am leaving the country". I would give them a ride out along with stripping them of their citizenship. I would have the Clintons arrested for all their crimes. I am rambling sorry.
