VERY Good News From a HIGH RANKING GOP Insider!!!
Posted on 11/01/2004 10:00:10 AM PST by jmstein7
For all you worry warts out there, I have some very good news from a very, very high ranking GOP insider.
In an email just sent to me, the insider writes the following:
President wins tomorrow and we end up up 3 [in the House]. Senate up 1.
-------------------------------------------------
Well, not as high as I'd like in the House and Senate, but I'll take it!
Keep your chins up, and get out there and vote tomorrow!

We won't lose Alaska. With Ted Steven's help, Lisa Murkowski has turned it around. Moore Information of Portland, Oregon calls it Murkowski 51, Knowles 40 as of Thursday night. Also has Bush up 62-30.

So sorry about the multiple posts. My computer is responding SO slowly today.

Losing Illinois? Am I a bad, bad conservative for saying I don't find Obama to be as irritating as most libs, and I am very annoyed at Keyes?

Grrrrr . . . this better be true--I'd rather have genuine bad news than false happy talk. If this is wrong, I'm coming after you ;-)

My high ranking GOP insider can beat up your high ranking GOP insider.

If you said it, I think it's legit. Good news!
I'm getting sick of hearing about polls. They are all behaving like weathermen. "50% chance of rain." Talk about a failure of journalistic principles. After this election is over, we need to finish off the 'old media'.

Not to match insiders, but mine says still down in Ohio and even in Florida.
Your insider sounds like he works for the other team. Bush takes Ohio and Florida. I will even go as far to say that 9/11 and the McGreevey backlash help W take New Jersey.

I posted that before I saw that everyone jumped on you. I should have added the sarcasm tag.
Why does it seem that if someone has joined recently they cannot disagree with either the administration or the majority of posters? I say we are giving the girls over on DU too much credit. First sign that someone is not a liberal troll would be their ability to string complete English sentences together.

This report means nothing. It is just get out the troops stuff. If they showed they were down 5% everywhere you will hear the same report. Just go and vote and drag someone with you. If they are disinterested, buy them dinner.
