KERRY AND THE COMMIES
Fiedor Report On the News #323 ^ | 10-31-04 | Doug Fiedor

He tried to run for President of the United States as the war hero he was but that didn't work out too well. Yes, he was a war hero and is celebrated as such. The problem is, according to many thousands of Vietnam veterans, John Kerry became a war hero for the communist Vietnamese, not for our side.

Why did our enemy like John Kerry enough that they still hold him in a place of honor? Well, it's all rather well documented for anyone willing to read a little and look at the photos.[1] In a nutshell, Kerry was (is) a communist sympathizer -- maybe even activist -- and if not just a useful idiot, then surely a communist tool.

Yes, John Kerry was in Vietnam for four months and held the rank of a junior lieutenant in the Navy. What is not often said was that he was found lacking as an officer and sent back home. And, I don't care how you color that pig, it doesn't make it any less pork.

Who reports that? The men who served with John Kerry in Vietnam. His entire chain of command and most of the officers in Kerry's unit. The Swift Boat Veterans for Truth and POWs for Truth. The Vietnam war heroes celebrated by our side.

Back home, Kerry really did try to dress up that pig. He couldn't very well start off calling himself a Vietnam war hero because people would notice he somehow got the boot -- sent home because he couldn't be trusted by those in his unit. But, always the opportunist, Kerry found his stepping stone to fame on the dark side.

Through the Vietnam Veterans Against the War (VVAW), Kerry found a method of gaining the public attention he craved. That he had to defame all Vietnam veterans and work with the communists (our enemy) to attract that attention evidently did not seem to bother John Kerry one little bit.

It did, however, bother the leadership of the United States Navy somewhat. After all, he was one of their officers for at least part of the time he was aiding and abetting the communist Vietnamese cause.

First, the Navy took away all Kerry's clearances, which was no big deal since he was inactive anyway. When Kerry continued giving aide and comfort to the communist enemy, the Navy discharged him. Some think Kerry received a dishonorable discharge. Maybe. But I think it was a bad conduct discharge, which requires no trial and just a minor staff hearing in private. Flag officers can do that with the stroke of a pen. Regardless, such action makes John Kerry forever ineligible to become president.

Mark Alexander, Executive Editor and Publisher of the Federalist Patriot, asks[2]: "What, exactly, is Kerry hiding? It is already common knowledge that most of his celebrated heroics were spurious, and that most of his medals were without merit. But given that the cat's already out of the bag, why not just sign the Standard Form 180? While there are several categories of discharges beneath honorable, including general, medical, bad conduct and other than honorable, it is very likely that Kerry's discharge was dishonorable."

Yes, it is obvious that Kerry's discharge was less than honorable, as well it should have been. But, the "elected ones" have their methods of getting things "fixed" easily.

It started with Jimmy Carter. Carter's first official act as president was the signing of Executive Order 4483 providing general amnesty for draft evaders, war protesters and the other riffraff of that era. A DoD directive took effect in 1977 expanding that amnesty to include separation from military service by other than honorable discharges. So, the reason we see so many different dates and signatures on Kerry's military forms is explainable, somewhat. As a senator, Kerry was quietly having his military records sanitized in preparation for a run for the presidency.

However, there is still the fact that Kerry and his VVAW conspirators took money from communist activists in the Unites States and direction from the communists from North Vietnam. For instance, when the VVAW held their infamous Winter Solder meeting in Detroit, both the local police and the FBI noticed communist activists lurking nearby and sometimes offering instructions to Kerry & company.

Remember, too, that Kerry personally went to France at least twice to meet with officials from the Viet Cong and the North Vietnamese government. As reported, while in Paris, Kerry met with agents on a number of occasions and had extensive discussions with them about U.S. plans, procedures and how to get the U.S. to essentially surrender in Vietnam. The Navy, as could be expected, was not very pleased. Neither were our national security officials.

This, of course, was illegal -- not just for a military officer, but for any American citizen not authorized to do so by the White House. And so, the many attorneys and public officials at the Federalist Patriot group presented that little fact to the Attorney General: "According to legal scholars, John Kerry's meetings with enemy agents from Communist North Vietnam on multiple occasions between 1970 and 1972 are not covered under EO 4483. For that reason, we delivered to U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft on Monday of this week a 'Petition for Investigation and Indictment,' calling on the Department of Justice to determine conclusively whether Kerry's actions, in direct violation of UCMJ (Article 104 part 904), U.S. Code (18 USC Sec. 2381 and 18 USC Sec. 953) and other applicable laws and acts of Congress, constitute treason."[3]

No one really expects Ashcroft to answer before the election. But, a positive opinion very well could stop Kerry from holding office, were he able to get elected. Interestingly enough, it should also get Kerry tossed out of the Senate in disgrace.

The cold hard facts of the matter are clear: When The Swift Boat Veterans for Truth wrote the words "Unfit for Command," they understated the truth. Years ago, Kerry disgraced the American uniform. Today, he is a disgrace as a government official. Please vote accordingly.

Good work about that E.O. Afree also about Kerry's documented trips to Paris. We know he went once, but may have gone more. The confusion arises from his own campaign's inability to give one consistent story on Kerry's (non-) honeymoon in Paris.

Kerry was almost certainly recruited by the Communists. Can you imagine the dirt all the Commie intel. services have on this guy!!! I bet they could just about make him do anything they want should he be elected (God forbid).

Yes, just like Clinton.

Where is Matt Drudge on this issue? Where is Matt Drudge on THK's Nannygate issue. Why has he failed to pick up on these important points. I guess he is a JFK2 fan. Too bad.

He'd rather carry crap about Ashley what ever here name is. Like, who really cares, lip sync or not to lip sync. What ever.

If you were to really do it,

I'd certainly reccommend the panties well down over your face! LOL.

I had a couple of college friends . . . she had never cut her red hair. It was down to her knees.

He often talked about them going to play LADY GODIVA and he was going to play the horse.

For Halloween, my girlfriend is dressing up like Lynndie England and I'm going as an "abused" Iraqi prisoner from Abu Ghraib with a dog collar.
We need a side-by-side picture of Lynndie England and Robby Douglas from "My Three Sons". The resemblance is remarkable.
