But because it seemed to him that occupying himself by talking to the little girl about the goat and its butting was more important than occupying himself with the planes and their butting of the skyscrapers we were given three times the period required to execute the operations. It's so ridiculous that the Demoncrats are trying to pin something on Bush for that extra couple of minutes that he stayed with those children.

I remember very clearly that day, and once the first plane hit the Tower, all the CNN weenies kept saying over and over how there was no indication that it was terrorism. No one immediately thought of it as a terror deal even after the first plane hit, and it took several minutes for the whole thing to sink in after the second plane hit.
