This made me wonder.
Sometimes terror groups phone up
before a bomb blast

to give local police
time to remove citizens.
Maybe bin Laden

thinks his terror troops
gave someone notice before
hitting our towers . . .

On 9/11 the media informed us that after the workday starts (and it was starting), there could be up to 50,000 people in the two towers.

I take it bin Laden had planned it that way and that was the aim and that's how I interpret this reference.

Why would they do that? Their intention was to slaughter as many innocents as possible, in as gruesome and horrific a manner as possible.
