IntelCenter has released volume 2 of the new al-Qaeda Videos DVD series. Volume 2 contains the English Edition of al-Qaeda's "American Hell in Afghanistan and Iraq" video. This 45-minute video was produced by the Sahab Institute for Media Production, the video production arm of al-Qaeda. This edition contains English sub-titles and English text. The Arabic version was released in September 2003. The sub-titles and graphics are believed to be done by the group or one of its front organizations. The video includes the martyrdom message of 9-11 hijacker Said al-Ghamdi and footage of him training. Osama bin Laden gives a speech and talks about al-Ghamdi. His speech is laid over footage of him and Ayman al-Zawahiri walking in a mountainous area.

al-Qaeda Videos Vol. 1: The Nineteen Martyrs (English Edition) DVD

IntelCenter has released volume 1 of the new al-Qaeda Videos DVD series. Volume 1 contains the English Edition of al-Qaeda's "The Nineteen Martyrs" video. This 1-hour video was produced by the Sahab Institute for Media Production, the video production arm of al-Qaeda. This edition contains English sub-titles and English text but otherwise appears almost identical to the Arabic version. The Arabic edition was released in September 2002. The sub-titles and graphics are believed to be done by the group or one of its front organizations. The video includes the martyrdom message of 9-11 hijacker Abdul-Aziz al-Omari (a.k.a. Abu al-Abbas al-Janoobi) and footage of the 9-11 hijackers planning for their attack. Osama bin Laden is featured discussing each of the hijackers. The video also features excerpts from other Osama bin Laden speeches, as well as a poem read by his 11-year-old son. The excerpt of bin Ladenâ€™s son reading the poem appears to be from the video entitled, â€œThe Destruction of the Destroyer, USS Coleâ€.

Islamic Extremist Ops/Training DVD Vol. 2

IntelCenter has released a new 80-minute DVD featuring operational and training footage from al-Qaeda, the Chechen Rebels and Iraqi Mujahideen. The DVD contains a live audio recording of a portion of the May 2003 al-Qaeda attack on Western housing compounds in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and a live video recording of the beginning of the November 2003 attack on the al-Muhaya housing compound in Riyadh. The DVD also contains operational video of roadside bombings, ambushes and other operations. Training footage covers SAMs, IEDs, CQB, antitank weapons, entries and more. The footage is provided in the same raw format as it was distributed by the extremist groups in order to allow the greatest training value. All of the footage was shot by the groups in question. There has been no editing beyond what was necessary to isolate the relevant portions and enhance their quality as much as possible. The DVD has been indexed in order to be easy to use in training/briefing environments. The DVD plays on any standard DVD player. It is encoded for NTSC players. Straight to red...along with the detainment of ABC news exec's. (providing the Patriot Act allows for this...I mean, I classify this situation as aiding and abbetting on ABC news' part, they are domestic terrorists.)

Actually ABC has performed an excellent service for us. The got the tape by virtue of having reporters in a dangerous part of Pakistan. They turned the tape over to the government, also a good call. For all we know the government has asked them not to play it. Remember the concerns that these tapes were "coded" to set off sleeper cells. The real message could be that the rat-boy is wearing a red turban or something.

I like to bash the MSM as much as anyone but in this case it's not warrented, yet.

Tape was made for dispursement to media, if ABC had not released tape and attack occurred it would only be a matter of time before they were held responsible for not releasing it. Nothing noble in ABC releasing tape, CYA.

Good point about the coded messages that could be in the tape. I was not even thinking about that. Too busy praying no one is hurt.

CIA, FBI AUTHENTICATE NEW QAEDA TERROR TAPE; ABCNEWS EXECUTIVES CONSIDER POLITICAL IMPLICATIONS OF AIRING

U.S. Intelligence Officials tell Drudge: The CIA and FBI late Wednesday authenticated a disturbing new al Qaeda videotape which warns the next terror attack will dwarf 9/11.

"The streets will run with blood," and "America will mourn in silence" because they will be unable to count the number of the dead, a man claims on the video.

Further claims on the video: America has brought this on itself for electing George Bush who has made war on Islam by destroying the Taliban and making war on Al Qaeda.

ABCNEWS obtained the tape from a source in Waziristan, Pakistan over the weekend. The network has withheld airing it, initially citing concerns over its authenticity.

One senior federal official alleged ABCNEWS is now holding back from broadcasting any portion of the video out of fear it will be seen as a political move by the network during election week.

One ABC source, who demanded anonymity, said Thursday morning, the network was struggling to finding the correct journalistic "balance."

"This is not something you just throw out there while people are voting," the ABC source explained.

A second ABC source told DRUDGE: "We continue to report this story aggressively."

The terrorist's face is concealed by a headdress, and he speaks in an American accent, making it difficult to identify the individual.

The tape appears to be from al-Qaeda's media liaison organization. It has a banner crediting the Sahab Production Committee. The speaker refers to Bin Ladin and Zawahiri as "our leaders" and praises the 11 September attacks.

Intelligence officials believe:

Videotape message likely produced in late summer '04 due to references to current events such as the 9/11 Commission.

Individual is college educated, either American born or raised in the U.S.

The U.S. is actively seeking to identify the individual. Adam Gadhan - aka Adam Pearlman of Southern California - remains the chief candidate but another still unknown individual may be possible.

US intelligence officials say the danger is that if this individual is an American citizen, he will be immersed in the culture and customs and have the ability to travel in America freely and unnoticed.

Agreed. I mean look at this quote:

One question: Why not release it during voting? It is obviously the single most important issue of this election. The MSM has released accudsations of missing explosives during voting (and they are not even sure if that can be authenticated)!...

Most of this "dirty bomb" scenario is hysteria. The initial explosion might kill a lot of people from the blast itself and from shrapnel and building collapse. However the radioactive residue terrorists are likely to use would be more of a psychological threat than a real one. It would be an expensive mess to clean up, but few would die or suffer from radiation, IMHO. You are more likely to be killed by Ted Kennedy's car than by residue from a "dirty bomb".
