After a long, tiring week, Barney and Dale decide that leaving some leaves, a lawnmower, shovel, rake and trash can on the South Lawn somehow enhances this weekend's Fall Garden Tours.
Still a bit ticked that HE doesn't get a motorcade, Barney lays on the horn while fighting traffic on the South Lawn Expressway.
Grethcen=Gretchen, sorry.
ED & RUDY FORM 'AIR' FORCE FOR W.
New York Post http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1255915/posts 10/25/04 DEBORAH ORIN
Two former New York mayors, Rudy Giuliani and Ed Koch, have teamed up to tape an odd-couple radio ad for President Bush that will run all over Florida in a bid to court ex-New Yorkers.
The joint radio ad by Democrat Koch and Republican Giuliani says that "we often disagree," but they're both backing Bush because he can win the war on terror.
Giuliani says that while Bush is willing to stick with difficult positions even as public opinion shifts, John Kerry is a man who changes his position often, even on matters as important as war and peace.
Koch chimes in, "President Bush will go after the terrorists and the countries that harbor them. That's why, for the first time in my life, I'm voting for a Republican for president. I'm voting for George W. Bush. And I hope you will too." ...
That's all from me although there may be more photos from Iowa later. Please feel free to post any you find.
No problem. My name often creates that effect. ;-)
LOL! Barney's adorable! :)
Due to an error, the first photo didn't get linked properly. I reposted it at #17.
Thank you, dear sister. :)
I see the Yahoo caption needs adjusting in #21's last photo, from "Rupublican candidate" to "Republican candidate," although, no doubt, the dems will rue the day Coors got elected, if he does.
Thanx Gretchen. Added to my collection
Huge number of photos! My thanks. President Bush and Laura are traveling to so many places that I'm having a hard time keeping up. I'm happy to say that NC is Bush country, but I wish we'd see them here. Maybe during his 2nd term!
Good Evening all
I've been wondering where Babs has been. What about Pop Bush? Is he campaigning?
On a recent Dose GHWB was mentioned as giving a speech for his oldest son. You might want to check yahoo to see if there are any recent pics of him.
