NYT DEVELOPING EXCLUSIVE FRONT PAGE STORY ON TERRORISTS AND EXPLOSIVES. EDITOR HAS SET LEAD POSITION FOR STORY, NEWSROOM SOURCES TELL DRUDGE... DEVELOPING...
I read the actual story and geez, it is not really bad at all.
No.
Good. I'm the glass is half full kinda gal. Sometimes in these forums it's like when all my kids were fighting at the same time and I had to pull the King Solomon routine.
Let's see. You just posed the above question to me. Let's look at the post you made that I responded to:
If there is a surge in attacks on our forces in Iraq before the election - that would be horrible. Horrible for our soldiers, their families, our allies and the cause in Iraq, plus it would be blamed on Bush.
That's not a good story for Bush. No the sky is not falling, but if a few hundred of our soldiers die in a few days that will be devastating.
There is no "question" there about "why the Times is putting this story out".
"Are you Pro-Kerry?"
cyncooper PRO sKerry???
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
BTW I'm curious, how can someone sign up on Oct. 25th 2004 when it's ONLY Oct. 24th???
Local time zones are used for signup date. Says it all, don't it?
And we will know who it is that collaborated with our enemy and got our soldiers killed.... (PST... that would be Kerry AGAIN.)
He could tell the u.s. that he would surrender all "HIS" wmds to make a deal. But in reality...they were Saddams.
He would then be left with all his own stash and look like a hero to the world.
Yeah that's a pretty darn good indicator.
So, is the story against Kerry that is suppose to come out tomorrow the "right" side? I just don't see how this NYT story hurts Bush, when told correctly. I see it hurting Kerry more.
Sounds like the NYT has gotten a heads up about a really big attack on our troops in Iraq. Headlines will be Bush is responsible for the killing and maiming of hundreds.
Welcome to FR, 10-25-04.
I Google'd it -- Duh!
Anyhow, before getting to the reason I ask, which will follow this post, here's some quotes:

"Baghdad Bob" disappeared, perhaps forever. On the other hand, perhaps he will return as Minister of Information for France or be awarded a drive time show on the new liberal talk radio network.

We know what Bashir has. His Dad loaded up with some serious nasties, including chem and bio.
Oh, Marty!?! Yeah, he was a real fun guy to have on one's side during the Bibi versus Bill days. Gross. Don't mention that man's name. Ugh. Yech.
You ask a good question and make a good observation as well. To the extent this story harms anyone, it seems it would be Kerry, but even then, not much.
