But I thought Iraq was a total disaster and quagmire that was a mistake. MSM will never show these! Would destroy Kerrey's chances!

Welcome to Free Republic.
I clicked the link in the title and those pictures are fabulous! The one where the little Iraqi boy is kissing the soldier's cheek is especially sweet.
Thank you for this!

Excellent photos. Thanks for sharing.
I wish the MSM would find the time to report this sort of stuff too.
To: L98Fiero
We need a MSM that will show these on TV.
Have you seen this one? It really gets me, should be on the cover of Time.

Wonderful pictures you won't see in any of Michael Moore's films.

Very moving. The sad thing is, both of those pics were by Reuters and probably seen by every MSM outlet but published by none. It's treasonous to keep this from the American people.

Gentle it is: these are great. And highly pertinent, because Mr. Kerry keeps urging Americans to judge matters in Iraq by what they see with their own eyes: in liberal media. Obviously wjat we see on TV is all the carnage but hardly any of the good works our young people are doing in Iraq. It's good to get the real picture(s). Thank you.
