YOUTH FOR BUSH ACTION ALERT
GOP "Welcome" for John Edwards
When: Friday, October 15 - meet between 4-4:15pm Where: Anne Arundel Community College, Meet in Parking Lot D (Directions below) Who: You and All of Your Bush Supporting Friends Why: The Democrats Are Making Another Attempt To Break Into Anne Arundel County, And We Must Stand Our Ground - Anne Arundel County is Bush Country!
Thank you to everyone who passed along information that Senator John Edwards will be at Anne Arundel Community College on Friday. What a great team we have that you all shared this information as soon as you got it! Yes, we are planning a peaceful "Maryland Welcome" for John Edwards, and we need all of you to show up. The more people we have, the better. Please call your friends and ask them to come. There are going to be news cameras there, and we need to make sure we show what Anne Arundel County and Maryland are all about.
John Edwards will make an appearance at the Democrats' "Volunteer Fair and Thank You from John Edwards." The event is scheduled in the Jenkins Gymnasium from 5-7pm tomorrow (Friday), and they are calling on Democrats from all over the state to attend. We definitely have the Democrats on the run in Maryland - now they are expending resources here and focusing on a swing county like Anne Arundel County. Like President Bush said, they can run, but they can't hide.
Please arrive from 4:00-4:15pm and meet in Parking Lot D and park at the bottom near Siegert Field. We will march over together when we assemble our team. Please wear Bush/Cheney shirts and feel free to bring hand-made signs that welcome John Edwards: "Senator Gone"; "No Global Test"; "Lawyers Hurt Our Healthcare"; "Tort Reform;" and "Stop Suing My Doctor" are a few examples.
Directions:
From Annapolis, head north on Rt 2/Ritchie Highway; turn right on College Parkway; turn right on College Drive (2nd light I think). On your right will be Siegert Field. Pull into the parking lot on your right (Parking Lot D) and park at the end of the parking lot near Siegert Field.
From Baltimore, head south on Rt 2/Ritchie Highway; turn left on College Parkway; turn right on College Drive (2nd light I think). On your right will be Siegert Field. Pull into the parking lot on your right (Parking Lot D) and park at the end of the parking lot near Siegert Field.
Arriving Late?
Some of you will not be able to make it at 4. Please, please, please make it at 4 if you can. We want to have a whole group march over together so we can really make an impact with our numbers. If you need to arrive a little later, join us when you can.
My Cell Phone Number is 410-271-4428 should anyone have any questions. Thanks.

Someone who stands to gain enormously from 'alternative energy' subsidy scams under a Kedwards admin, no doubt.
Great picture! I'm going to put it on one of my posters!
Good Luck to all the Maryland FReepers...............Hope you get a SUPER turnout.
It doesn't suprise me that he is staying on that side of the Bay.............I doubt he would get a very warm welcome on the Eastern Shore, except maybe in Cecil County.
Can we keep this on top? We want a good showing...
Sure thing!!!!!!!!!
If I still livedin Dover, I'd be with you in a heartbeat, but Annapolis is a bit out of reach for me on such short notice.
I am surprised he is in Anne Arundel. We are pretty Republican in this county. I hope they get a great turnout.
I know AA is pretty Republican...........they're getting desperate.
I hope they get a great turnout as well.
Thanks!
Trying to help keep you on top.............but I'm getting ready to go out, so I won't be able to help you out this afternoon.
Rumor has it Kerry will be with him. But then I also heard on Rush that John Kerry is in Nebraska campaigning and fundraising. Of course he DOES have that private jet of his. I'm sure the $15,000 per person for the Annapolis fundraiser is chump change to him!
bump
It was interesting, approx. 75 folks...and Edwards was late...
