Watch the crowd reacting to Kerry and Bush!

Posted on 10/08/2004 7:43:05 PM PDT by Ron/GA

Few people are approaching Kerry and everyone is crowding around Bush. Looks like a political statement to me!

Kerry looked like a balloon that had deflated. The President was just so jazzed after the debate! He was laughing and so animated.

I rarely watch the 'Oneyedidiot', tonight I made an exception.

I started early on CSPAN, the warmup was predictable and of course necessary...BUDWEISER BEER laid off the biggest chunk of cash in sponsorship; I can't drink BUD it gives me severe headaches, Mr Smugippysun sure feels like he is a powerful dude doesn't he, actually I think Cras Smugippysun is more of an elitist than the Greyfrosted waffle. The First Lady, Mrs. Laura Bush has real class...maybe my eyes deceived me, it appeared to me that 'thk' staggered twice while entering the set, and she seemed to pass Mrs.Bush ignoring her hand, the CSPAN camera was switched very fast to another angle...thk wore a wrinkled beige/off-white linen or muslin long cut blazer...dang all those BIGBUX...lousy makeup, unflattering cut to the clothes, no hairdresser has gotten anywhere near her in a dawgs age...sheesh I hope B. Breathed does some zingeroos on them.

The Kurr's foppish gestures and wiggles coupled with it's frosted Helmet-doo don't make it look the least bit Presidential...It stated 'he made $ 84.00 last year in lumber company profits'...DUH...some powerful stuff huh. Correct me if I'm wrong, this election year, 2004 AD, has been very interesting...the democRAT political machine has presented us with millions of dollars worth of PRO-BUSH/CHENEY advertising and has thrown up such poor choices that it is imposable for a honest win for their bid for the Presidency.

How can any sane voter want that fop for POTUS ?

I hope somebody has the balls to leak the Versailles recordings of the Kurr to the press

kemosabe said that !

You apparently didn't listen to the same debate I watched. President Bush kicked Kerry's behind tonight. Watch the polls the next few days. Bush will gain plenty from this debate.

Gibson chose a question that asked the president to open himself up for attack.

You'll notice that the President didn't fall for it, either! He was completely unapologetic in talking about the tough decisions he has had to make as President. I thought it was a great answer!

I missed that.

My favorite Terry moment was when he said the president had far more intelligence than the Senator, but nobody picked up on that.

Kerry must be getting private polling that says raising taxes is his death knell, although even an idiot should know that. But why make a promise nobody's going to believe, esp. when GW is going to stand there and tell everyone you voted 98 times to raise taxes already! Kerry must have felt he was standing in quicksand and sinking, sinking fast. I thought he looked nervous at the start, too. (Kerry). He flubbed a word or two in a reply, then seemed to calm down. But it made no difference. GW owned him from start to finish.

If it's anything like last time it will be more like 4 am, Eastern time, and (then 3 weeks later!) We never want to go through that again.

I want to see that picture, too.

Not to rain on anybody's parade, but to think that Bush won this debate is delusional.

You may be pleased to know that all the network pundits agree with you, but I think Bush kicked Kerry's butt all over the stage tonight. He came loaded for bear, and unloaded on Kerry!

I agree! I was just griping about that same thing. If they wanted to ask a question like that, they should have asked the same question to Kerry as a closing.

I am SO sick of this media spin. Bush clearly won this. He will be elected. I firmly believe that.

And I pray that he will be.

I am so sick of this media crap......I could just spit!

He was talking about the intelligence the President saw regarding Iraq, and said, "The President has far more intelligence than the Senator."

I thought that was pretty funny.

"Tell me three of your worst mistakes. Come on. . .that was plain wrong and an attack on the president."

And a lame attempt by Gibson to get a sound byte from Bush the libs could use for their next commercial. And just like Kerry, they failed miserably.

When you think about it, Kerry has never told the truth about anything in his entire life. He's such a phony. He's done nothing but plot and PLAN to live off some dumb, rich woman. Any woman, as long as she has plenty of money. Even his day job is a hack. He doesn't bother to show up. What's amazing is his blithe assumption that his lack of character made him a shoo in for the presidency. It must be Clinton's legacy.

I think that is what is great about President Bush. He just speaks his mind........speaks from the heart and from this gut.

Kerry is done........

I hope, I hope.

Kerry also knew the media would cover for him. That is how he has remained in the Senate. He forgot about the internets....sure you caught Bush's slip up on that tonight.

It has to be that God tapped him on the shoulder. That speech at the National Cathedral after 9/11...sent chills up my spine. The look Clinton gave him as he walked back to his seat. Envy personified. As GW said, there's an angel in the whirlwind...and he's right. Where would we be without him and Cheney. It's so obvious that the country needs him desperately. Amazing days.
