I am comforted by the fact that I cannot believe that this country will elect someone like Kerry. Know what scares me MORE than President Kerry? The thought process of the American people to elect someone like Kerry!

Same here. I have pictures of my duaghter's birthday party at the end of November and the TV is on and it's news of the recount.
I didn't have Fox News at the time, so I had to rely on MSNBC. I couldn't stomach CNN, except for Bill Hemmer 'cause he's purty.
The MSM couldn't bring themselves to declare Cheney the winner in what was obviously the most severe ass whippin' ener administered. They will declare Kerry the resounding winner no matter what. And they'll do the same in the final debate. Let's just hang on and get ready to fight back hard after these joke "debates" are {mercifully} over!
Kerry is not another Clinton. Love him or hate him (I had extreme dislike for him), Kerry isn't a good politician. He's just a jerk. I'm thinking of this whole thing as the Marion Berry effect. Yes...we'll elect a crack user as our mayor!!! I have a very bad feeling about this debate...The questions (yeah, right...really undecided, the moderator (CBS!!!), and other factors seem to just conspire against Bush here. I just hate all this junk, and it's only close because the American people are so stupid.
Funny, that's the same thing I was saying in 1992 before the election.

I hope President Bush has let his fingernails grow long and pointed so that when Kerry tries to grab his hand and refuses to let go as he did last time, Pres. Bush can just.....gouge Kerry's soft, pampered hand.
Wait until after it's over so we can all toast him for a job well done. Instincts are strongly telling me it will be a good night for GWB.
I'm hiding in the basement until you guys tell me that everything is going well. I can't trust my husband, he says I'm a sissy like the Kerryites because I get high and low depending on the polling data. Fine, I can't help it. There are so many idiots and they will vote depending on these debates.
