The President is about to make what is called a major speech.
I agree with you.
He may be but I think that SKerry is preparing for the Friday debate and again taking a few days off.
I'm ALL for RE-DEBATING a stupid Debate...as they are set up they are almost farces, IMHO....soooo many stupid rules...
http://www.washtimes.com/ (AP) Democratic presidential nominee Sen. John Kerry conceded yesterday
How does one forget their 2nd worst nightmate?? *smirk*
Not exactly the same........nowadays he only trashes Nixon about Vietnam.

Bush hammered Kerry. Of course, the networks will say that Bush is being mean and nasty. That's what they always say when the truth is told about their DemonRat candidates.
It's a much better written stump speech, but I tend to agree with you: there's nothing new in the speech. But the speech itself has been substantially reworked--although I do think the speechwriters could do a smoother transition between the serious terrorism stuff and the criticism of Kerry.
Cheney gave us a line....Senator Gone!
How wrong is this? I'm all happy from the President's speech and all of a sudden, FOX news has a sound bite from Kerry. Yuck... get that voice off the air.
That's exactly right. This wasn't a slip up, or something taken out of context. Brian Williams and friends made a conscious decision to deliberately misrepresent a position of the Vice President's.
Did they fall asleep during the whole Dan Rather debacle?
I was hoping to hear pundits talk about his speech today but CNN and MSNBC are discussing the decision against Rush. Timing is terrible!
I'd love to hear that! Have you noticed how many kids show up at the Bush/Cheny campaign stops? I'd say a whole lot of folks are raising Little Republicans!
Point taken.
"We will not cut and run" is a political double- entendre'. Besides meaning what it says it also implies the opposition are cowards. Bravo Jorge Bush!
Last night when Edwards was saying at the end of the debate, "Do you EVER remember this country being as divided as it is right now," I was SCREAMING at the TV
"Yes, and it was John Kerry's fault back then, too!!!"
I was just standing at Foxnews to listen, W did great. As he finished I clapped and was walking away, some Dim walks up to me and says "we're in trouble if he gets reelcted" I asked why and he says becase we're losing troops. I stopped and pointed down the Avenue of the Americas. I stated clearly that we are missing 2 very big buildings and nearly 3,000 people. Then I told him that if Kerry gets in there, there will be more. 4 more years folks, 4 more please. God Bless our troops
Fox seems to be swining the other way lately. The need to change their slogan to "Fairly Unbalanced".
