They think all women will just melt at the sight of Silky and his big hair. It's not just guys - remember when Paula Zahn practically had orgasms on the air over that photo of Lurch in his wetsuit, carrying a surfboard?

What can the government do?? Black women are getting AIDS too much in this country from either cheating husbands or their own promiscuity. I agree with you, but it isn't cost efficient to do nothing if we end up paying for the medical costs. I thought Cheney missed an opportunity to talk about faith based initiatives and some of the pro-family funding under the Bush administration. Regardless, I think Edwards missed an opportunity to show he had a clue about a constituency that they claim all their own.

Mary Beth Cahill on CNN asked TWICE what legislation Edwards had a hand in in the Senate Cahill was on Fox with Chris Wallace and she looked positively whipped. you could almost read her mind: "I'm going to need to update that resume..."

Hello,
I just watched about 6 or 7 (shhh..left leaning) reporters state that this was a draw. Translation: WE WON BIG!!

the Edwards people issued a statement saying that Cheney swore Edwards into office. Well then there ought to be a picture of the momentous occassion then, shouldn't there?

Cheney beat Edwards like a Rented Mule!! Beat him like a Red Headed Step-child. This should have been called after the 5 round as a TKO! What a total maroon.

Cheney wasn't VP when Edwards was elected and Edward only ran for office ONCEI don't know does the Senate get sworn into session en masse with each new Congress or is it just the rookies?
Can't wait to see the SNL skit this weekend with Johnboy Edwards jumping out of his seat every other minute and giggling. I loved the part in his closing statement when he said "when I was young"... LOL
To: Yaelle
A case could be made that is true. We are at war and tonight Cheney demonstrated that Edwards isn't capable of handling the responsibility. For folks that are looking towards security, Cheney's presence would be reassuring while the combo of Kerry/Edwards creates uncertainty.
I'm going to go on record with stating I'm not sure if anything but momentum was affected immediately tonight. Though I stand by assessment everything that occurs is being registered with the people and will form an overall average that on Nov. 2nd will result in one candidate being the beneficiary by a sizeable margin.

I just watched about 6 or 7 (shhh..left leaning) reporters state that this was a draw. I think that's what the French said at Agincourt.

Ive made that point myself tonight. Senator Gone just alienated the gay and lesbian vote. Boy he really muddied the water when he did it too. The man lacks clarity.
To: MNJohnnie
hate to say it, but I fear Edwards pantsed the Veep! Cheney played way too much defense and very little offense. Let not your heart be troubled. Mr Ed got his own self B^&*ch slapped tonight.
