Me too. The Iran thing was so naive. I found myself deabting Kerry from my couch. I think I would have been a bit more personal and on the attack.

This is where Kerry will really start to come unhinged. He goes into the big 1st debate. He's smooth, he's on his game, he even keeps his reptilian flicking tongue in his mouth for most of the night. He walks off the stage thinking he's kicked butt. His advisors are pumped, even giddy. Then he wakes up this morning and what's the buzz? The Global Test. Lies, more lies and lies about lies. He's right back on the defensive. It's gotta be frustrating for him. And now he'll go into the next debate thinking he's got to do more, he's gotta break through somehow - and that's when he'll cross into Algore territory - starting to get downright nutty. It's gonna be fun to watch.

Kerry stating that the military is under-funded and that Humvees lack proper armor.

W should have nailed him and asked why he wasn't present to vote for S 2400 (Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005)He simply didn't show up to vote.

S 762 Supplemental Appropriations Act to Support Department of Defense Operations in Iraq for Fiscal Year 2003 Vote to pass the bill that would appropriate $79.5 billion in fiscal 2003 discretionary spending for military operations in Iraq, homeland security, and international counterterrorism activities. The bill would make available $62.6 billion for the war in Iraq, $5.2 billion in international assistance, $2.4 billion for reconstruction of Iraq, $2.7 billion in support to airlines and their employees and $4.6 billion for homeland security.

Senator Kerry, why didn't you show up for this vote also?

Actually, the facial expressions are in no sense damaging. If you watch the Democrat video, it shows Bush reacting negatively to the chicken-s**t from Kerry, but sincerely, not intrusively for effect, like Gore did. I think it helps Bush, not hurts him.

"Iraq was a "mistake" there are no terrorists or threats there.

Not to mention, that Allawi himself, said that terrorists were already in Iraq before WE even went there.

Kerry is a contradiction unto himself.

I'll do you one better. Kerry said he would hunt down and kill terrorists wherever they are. Then why does he lament that "terrorists are pouring over the border" into Iraq? They're making our job easier, coming to us, and coming from places where we can't send troops to get them: Syria, Iran, Pakistan.

If Kerry will hunt down and kill terrorists wherever they are, and if there are terrorists in Iraq, then why does Kerry want to pull out of Iraq as soon as possible?

Watching the news today with the army and marines opening a can of whoop-ass on the arabs in Iraq it is obvious why Bush seemed distracted at times last night. When these swine murder children they pretty much set the timetable for seeing Mohammad in the sky. Hundreds dead as of today tomorrow even more. the end game is the key to victory. maybe this meets the "Global Test".
Go USA God bless the troops and for sure God bless George W. Bush.

I think JK's point was that Iraq wasn't a threat until GB went there. He would agree Iraq is a threat now, but only because GB broke it.

Of course, not only is this factually incorrect, it is 180-degrees away from comments JK made before the war began.

JK's main point on the war (in an attempt to show consistency) is, although that Saddam was bad and something needed to be done, GB went about it the wrong way: not enough allies, didn't expend all diplomatic options.

Again, this is factually duplicitous. Diplomatic options had been undertaken the previous 10 years to no avail. All nations were asked to join the effort to enforce sanctions in Iraq. If GB had done what JK now says GB should have done, it truly would have been "more of the same."

Truly, JK would have dealt with Iraq differently, and as GB said, the world would have been a more dangerous place had the US not taken ACTION.

How about Kerry saying he would get two more divisions of army. He said it like it was Bush's fault when slick is the one who downsized the army by two divisions.

Nobody is talking about this.
