Kerry is "articulate." But he is also haughty, condescending, and comes across as Eddy Haskell.

Pres. Bush missed aa golden opportunity earlier when Kerry was harping about soldiers getting flak jackets for Christmas and Hummvees not armored.

The Pres. should have pointed out that Kerry voted against 87 bil. to fund the troops.

I'm not happy with W's performance.

CNN HEADLINE news just reporting, so far no knock out punches, no headlines, which helps the President!

A draw with style points going to Kerry is a win, and a Big win, for Kerry with the swing voter people. They don't know the truth. They look for style points.

I hope that GW does not go over time again, it would be so embarrishing to him if he got buzzed and the next time they will buzz him. Be careful MR. President.

There are so many things the President hasn't brought up about this bloviators voting record. Perhaps he trying to take the high road and not stoop to the negative level Kerry is dwelling in but I wish to heck he'd fight harder. Hooray he heard me and he's doing it now discussing sanctions on Iran.

If I were looking as one of those 18% of people who were depending upon the debate to make up my mind, the President just got his ass whupped. He was hemming and hauling all over the place. He got out classed, out talked and out debated.

Well If Bush and his advisors didn't realize Kerry was going to attack attack and lie then something is drastically wrong and Rove/Bush have screwed up royally

No excuse for not being prepared and acting resolute and confident

Geez, Kerry sure likes to talk 50 years in the past, now back to 1952.

Korea has nukes thanks to Maddy Halfbright and the great Clinton legacy.

Now North Korea is GW's fault. Why is Lehrer injecting himself into the debate? Isn't that against form? Maybe he's trying to help JFK make his point.
