The smell of democracy is in the air!
Could the Bush Doctrine actually be working?
To: faludeh_shirazi
Anyone want to bet that some of the $200 Billion is funding the insurgents in Iran. In fact, within two weeks, Iran will be overrun with "Freedom Fighters".
This will be a huge victory for Bush in making the case that Muslims WANT FREEDOM.

I've been reading with great interest the various reports on events in Iran. My hopes are with those who want a modern, democratic, honest government. I grieved for those folks when the mullahs gut-shot the election process in Iran. I applaud those with the courage to demonstrate now, under the threat of injury or death.
With all that said, I have seen nothing of the reports posted about Iran, on major media including Fox News. If these reports are true, they are also internationally important. Why are these events not being covered in any part of the international press?

Mainstream Media F'ed up Agendas... THey will cover, but only at the last minute when they have no choice.. Look at the CBS crap - the media is whacked.. It's all about indepedent and blogger media. Unfortunately this is what it has become. Doesn't matter, Iranians don't care about the media - they are fighters.. lets watch and support as much as possible!

Naturally, CIA operatives and undercover agents are inciting riots among the student activists in order to stir unrest in Iran right before the election, giving the President the chance to "look Presidential" in making diplomatic and possibly military moves in response.
Oh, and all this has been Karl Rove's plan all along (*insert evil Right Wing grin and laughter here*).
