I was having an argument with another FReeper about how many of the old timers were still around. I tell people there is a FReeper vsyndrome and that most of them are still around, they just don't post much anymore.

Sorry I'm late to this party, but I've been off line for a week or so because of the hurricane and other distractions. Just now beginning to catch up.
My FR registration date is just 25 days shy of 1998.

Old Glory just misses it by 48 days. She signed up about a month after I did, on 2-23-99 ID #19158
We were lurkers on FR long before we registered and we both attended the March for Justice Rally in D.C. on October 31, 1998. We had an absolute Blast!

Thank you Jim Robinson for letting me hang around for so long. It is an important part of my day. Learning things has never been such fun before.
Wow!! Great to hear from you, Pete! Yeah ... one of the "good 'ol days" that I remember was when we all met for the first time in D.C. the night before the March for Justice Rally. We were all total strangers, and only knew each other by our screen names, but it was like old home week when we got together that night.
I thought of you when I was cleaning the garage the other day and found my old Buddhist nun costume and *Algore fund raising* buckets from when we FReeped Gore that time down in Boca Raton.
FReeping just isn't quite the same without you and Gene there with us.
