O'Reilly airing 1st of 3 part Bush interview
Now that IS funny!:-)
Technically, he is an Airman (USAF). Navy is Aviators. Sorry, I had to.
The last thing we want is 25,000 military personnel running "papers checks" in the American Southwest.
It IS technology. It IS bolstering BP professionals. It IS an ongoing relationship with Vincente Fox to forestall the intrusion schemes on the supply side of the border. It IS understanding the inexorable labor market dynamics that lure .50/hour laborers from central Mexico over the hour to work $5.00/hour jobs here. (Yes, folks, Americans will not take those jobs). It's mostly, primarily and profoundly liberal Democrat welfare pimps and their corrupt Jurist protectors.
Let's get that Worker Visa "amnesty" underway. Let's get people on the radar for God's sake. We're at War. It is not against Mexicans.
O'Reilly is pissing me off! He's got that jerky-cockeyed glear look to the President.
SHOW SOME RESPECT BILL!
"You want the US Military searching your car at the border?"
Why not? They would probably do a better job!
As for his answers, they suck!
LOL! .. Welcome to Free Republic :0)
Neither of them laid a glove on the President's performance. All they had was the weak "mission accomplished" attack, and that's a dead issue.
It was funny though, him telling her to try and 'drag the Senator on here'...
He wasn't pathetic. You disagree with his point, which is a very sensible one that I've espoused before GWB became president. That is, when Mexico's standard of living rises and they develop a strong middle class that illegal immigration problem will be solved.
Just because you disagree does not make it "pathetic".
this is actually good for W; the interview is mon, tue, and wed; the debate is thursday. it provides a good lead-in to the foreign policy oriented debate I
If you think this is moving quickly, I would suggest you hire a staff to cover the thread Thursday night.
Seriously, 50-75 posts can go on while I'm typing out just one.
Kerry's counting on the red fading to a manly bronze by Thursday. He doesn't want his makeup artist to paint him orange...like AlGore. Evidently that's what he thinks did AlGore in.
I think it's pathetic that OR has these 2 libs on right after the president's interview just to rip him.what the hell is up with that.to be "fair and balanced" they should of had one lib and one conservative...fair and balanced my a$$
Daddy Edwards was eventually the "manager" at the mill...these people are as transparent as saran wrap!
I thought the interview was really fair until the follow up segment when he had two liberals cite the DNC talking points. Why not have Newt there to challenge some of the wild accusations? He does a great job of being calm and not talking over other people.
This is clasical Old Media - they report the news and then explain to you what you should think about it.
These 3 nights before the debates will give him an extra boost too. I don't like the dems on after though, so I scooted to FR asap.
This is the first time BOR has been on my TV since he insulted Christians and Homeschoolers last year. I saw Bush, now it's off. I'll check in tomorrow for the next segment.
I think the 3 debates issue was a strawman put up by the Bush camp to get what they wanted in debate structure. They probably intended to agree to 3 debates all along, because the more people see Kerry the more they hate him. But they played pretend and roped the Kerry camp into making all these concessions in order to get three debates.
These Kerry people are such fools.
I agree. Just shot the following e-mail to O'Reilly:
Bill, what the heck are you doing?! I know you like to be fair, but why let liberal pundits pick apart the Bush interview? If John Kerry has the cojones to come on and be interviewed in the same fashion, then so be it (though I think Satan will be strapping on ice skates before that happens). Otherwise, let the interview speak for itself.
Your interview is a coup in itself, and give President Bush credit for taking you on. You don't need to balance out the other side if their candidate doesn't have the guts to talk to you.
