What Carter misses once again is that it isn't ALL of Florida that is having problems but those SAME counties that are controlled heavily by Democrats. He fails to mention that it is the local county governments that control the voting process and it is their responsibility to fix it.

Why does he fail to mention it and why did the Democrats fail to fix the "problems"? Why should they? If Florida is real close like it was before then we can once again go through a recount and tarnish and hurt the Office of President (so long as it is occupied by Bush).

You know as a kid I thought Carter was a nice guy President but now I see him as an extreme left-winger in moderate's clothing.
