The Kerry lies continue with no challenge from our press. I have yet to hear one reporter ask/challenge him about his connection to Rathergate. I have yet to see the MSM challenge him on his accusations regarding the draft. I will not hold my breath waiting.
The sad reality is we are fighting the war on terror on two fronts: the fifth column and in the Middle East.
Many of our troops will die unnecessarily because of the lefts unending desire to undercut our President.

Fair enough, the press is not pulling the trigger.
However, the fifth column, and all its supporters, assist in giving our enemies the will and desire to continue the fight when they believe the war on the battle field may be a lost cause.
North Vietnam is a perfect example. After the Tet Offensive many of the NV thought the war was over yet they did not give up the fight. They stated that the political situation in the US, spurred on by the likes of Kerry and our Media, made them see victory could be had if enough damage was reined down on our troops. Combine that with the neutering of the President prosecuting the war by the democrats in congress and you can see how many can die unnecessarily.
I ask you, how many troops do you think died in Vietnam because of the fifth column and the left's attack?

You have a good point.
I suppose this a "matter of degree".
Every election year my grandmother lives with the worry that she may soon be "eating cat food to survive" and when a Republican is elected, she spends the next 4 years waiting to lose her SS/medical benefits or become "a homeless person".
There is no consoling or rationalizing with her because she believes the Dem's lies.
That is at the very least, emotional terrorism.
And yes, I suppose I am indignant about it because it affects my family.

How can we counter this? Fight fire with fire?
I suggest we start an email campaign to counter that phony email that is circulating. Anyone know how to acquire addresses? Perhaps intercept and 'reply all' to every one of these (phony) emails that happened to be forwarded?
The phony email warns that Bush is behind reinstating a draft. We all know it is a trick to fool the gulible and politically ignorant/brainwashed, especially those in college. Many college students have already received the bogus email. The email is just another political dirty trick that intends to scare them to the polls to vote against Bush by voting for Kerry.
