This means Lockhart's a liar and so is Terrry McAwful. The Kerry campaign is in deep doodoo. Now we know why Carville was so subdued yesterday on O'Reiley. He knew this news ad more is coming out.

Thanks, but I can take no credit -- I just followed a link from the excellent article today about the forgeries:

I was preparing a longer post about the forgery issue when this latest Lockhart story broke and I tossed off that link so that others could start thinking about (looking into, I hope!) all the twists and turns in Burkett's stories and activities.

I'm so glad people are mentioning Carville's low-key demeanor yesterday. My husband said he looks like he's taken a Valium!

Many of us wondered why the MPs were dumb enough to take pictures at Abu Grahib. I wonder if Ms. Mapes did a little encouraging.

Lockhart has to be feeling a lot like Rather right now. But their lawyers would be advising strongly against commiserating.

Wait a minute! Didn't Lockhart say they never talked about the forged documents? That the subject never came up? Somebody said that, methinks a Kerry Campaign mouthpiece. Guess they will change their story again. I'm shocked.
