You can add the media to that list. Unlike the Clinton haters who were continually marginalized as kooks and part of the vast right wing conspiracy, the media has practically legitimized these grievances.
When you have filmakers, authors, academia, celebrities and journalist (hi Dan) all partaking in this vitriolic hatred...all given wide exposure, it is only a matter of time before someone thinks they are doing right thing.
It sticks with me that I heard a few months back that the DemocRATS will do ANYTHING to get the President out of office. I have just been holding on with lots of prayers for him.
