Don't do it. They're strong and have more energy than you do. Figure out a way to focus the energy into the cleanup,,, if not yours,, then somebody elses.
When I had my first Grandchild my Mother gave me a plaque to hang on the kitchen wall that said: Grandchildren are God's reward for not choking the living $#!+ out of your Teenagers.
Those sentiments are correct.
Persevere. Many of us have survived those years and are here to tell about it.
