~10:41pm~ EST JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH ABILENE KINKOS: Bill Burkett has a standing account with the Kinkos in Abilene Texas, and while the lady who answered the phone would not be more specific she did say Burkett was in there last week - she waited on him on last (a week ago) Tuesday....

Cna't wait to hear the C BS and Rather spin.....
"We knew they were forgeries all along and just went along with it so that we could expose the whole thing. We helped to catch the "bad" guys and apologize to the others......Now back to our regular bias programing."
Rather off the hook.
I need to do so research, but it seems to me that Hannity or someone said that CBS had been sitting on the story and "suddenly" decided to run it upon receiving the corroborating documents on short notice.
Now where IS my list:
Molly Ivins.
Paul Begala.
James Moore.
Bill Burkett.
Ben Barnes.
Bill Moyers.
Robert Rogers.
Who'd I leave off?
Fantastic--didn't know that.
Perhaps Burkett is a stooge whose MO and habits have been exploited by Barnes/DNC types in a cheesy frame.
Sorry, I'm a Rockford Files fan from way back.
Leno rippin on CBS
Do we know her name....would like to use her in a story.
Well I looked up the hrs and they are 24/7. KMC1 has hit and run but his story checks out. Kevin Mc Cullogh (KMC1) is doing a show at the moment, but Nationalreview on line is running a story right now confirming it all. Sorry I dont have the link handy
This guy actually sounds rather dangerous.
One would think so, given that Kinkos is open 24/7. Just my thought.
ROFLMAO
I hope he paid with a credit card & made a cell phone call or from there. That would be too beautiful.
You missed Bill Maher.
Burkett is looney toons. I hope Secret Service keeps close eye on him. His vendetta against President Bush is obvious in his writing. I think this guy could go off the deep end if cornered.
We can always hope...
I doubt if it makes any difference, though. There is going to be a strong presumption in a lot of minds that the DNC is behind it, especially since they have already put it in their brand new ads.
Is he from Texas?
My gut instinct tells me they weren't duped.
From what I can see, Rather hates Bush and he wanted this story bad. Bad enough to try and get away with it, even if he knew the memos were fakes?...possibly.

Here is the NRO link http://www.nationalreview.com/kerry/kerryspot.asp
