Seems like LAX has problems all the time. It is also one of the busiest airport.

Can you explain to me why I have not seen a plane coming into Columbus, OH in the past 30 minutes? (I can look out my window any time of the night and see planes in their landing pattern.)

Well, it's only 8 in LA and 5 in Honolulu where we're headed, but feel free ;-).

That's what they always say.
That's what they told us when TMI nearly blew its top. "Stay calm. There is no problem. There is no need to evacuate".
BS!

Gezzz capt'n calm down. No one said it was a crisis.
Go back and read a little fella. No planes in the sky in my neck of the woods either... but then again, THAT IS NORMAL, since it is the middle of the night. Gimme a break.

Honolulu? How wonderful. Never been there myself.

Lemme go look again. We have a good shot of everything westbound on approach.

Quiet over NY. That is eerie.
I should call my sister who lives near Kennedy airport, but she's probably asleep by now. She usually has one plane a minute go over her house.
