Is it likely that there are records showing what kind of typewriters they used back then. The Military runs things pretty tight and pretty uniformly, no?

Wouldn't they probably have a contract with a vendor for such items?

There's got to be a way to unequiovacally prove these things Rather docs are forged.

IBM Selectric typewriters were used except by secretaries/admin personnel at the General Officer who had to request special permission to order Executive typewriters. No one below a General Officer or equivalent would have had anything but selectric typewriters. At an ANG wing, I can guarantee that selectric typewriters were used and NO Executive typewriters were there.
