John Kerry Coming to Greensboro, NC (9/7/04 FReep)

All local FReepers are welcome to join a protest that my local chapter of ProtestWarrior is organizing for Tuesday's Kerry rally. The Kerry rally is scheduled for 11:00 am on Tuesday morning (9-7-04) at the Downtown Depot, located at the intersection of E. Washington Street and S. Davie Street. Look for the Bush-Cheney, anti-Kerry signs. The more anti-Kerry people, the better...let's send the Democrats a message!!!

These guys don't really think they have a chance in NC, do they? Maybe they're in damage control mode already, and hope to salvage NC and MA from the coming carnage in November.

I don't think so..Look, everyone says that Ewards didnt' run for re-election because he would have lost.The Dems are maintaining the fiction of a close race because Bowles is ahead of Burr in the Senate race...but it's waaay early yet..

I hope to get at least a handfull of pro-Bush people there, but with only 2 days to organize (and the Labor Day holiday), I'm not too optimistic. Local FReepers...spread the word and come out if possible.

Wishful thinking, especially after I heard about shots fired into the local GOP headquarters on Thursday night in WV (Huntington, I think). But lets hope the Democrats don't create this scenerio by pushing the envelope.

print out the Swift Boat Ad picture and go to a Kinko type place and have it enlarged. And make about four extras to hand out to people who will want to join your protest. The Swift Boat Ad I am holding in this pic was not enlarged. I have since had it enlarged. Dig?
