Deut: 3: 3-6
Judges: 21:10-14

Numbers 31:13-19 --> No mention of raping of virgins
Ditto for Num 31: 32-35

Ditto for Deut -- no raping of virgins

In Judges: 21:10-14 the Benjamanites are told to take these virgins for their brides.
