I agree with you. I can almost feel it! The key, I think, will be the emergence of a new generation of true leaders within the black community. The days of the scam artists, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, are coming to an end. It will be leaders like Michael Steele, and (please God!) J.C. Watts, that will blow the chains of political bondage open.
" a huge majority of Christians consider Mormonism a cult..in any forum."
Well, there is no place like FR to learn things. I've known, worked with and been friends with Mormons since I was 20 (long time, don't ask), and have found them loving, family devoted, gentle and kind. Can personal experience overcome misinformation?
Yes,she did very well...several good punch lines. She gave the president Barney. :-)
Barney looks for guidance and wisdom
from his ultimate role model, Mrs. Barbara Bush
Tonight! They're done...Florida moves that they make it unanimous (the votes already were--they weren't for the French candidate at the demcon).
All in favor say "AYE"
It's official!
Me three! I ADORE Barney. And I hate that I'm at work and don't have cable so I could watch all this. The poodle would have me screaming tears of laughter, too. Is the music any better today?
GO STEELE!
Thanks for the ping
Unanimous decision....the nominee is George W. Bush!
GWB was nominated....I am shocked.
Steele is whipping them up. He is just terrific. He'll be groomed for higher office.
LOL- Steele: "Oh, We can do better than that!!!" "George Bush! George Bush!" "Come on, now! Bring it home for the President!!"
Pop some corn for me. :-)
I hope so...I loved his speech last night.
I like Steele!
They just formally nominated him and he said they can do better than that...Band pumps up and fireworks onscreen.
!!!!!!!!!!!
Brooks and Dunn on the floor!
Whew. I can stop holding my breath! LOL
Steele makes a good cheerleader doesn't he?
LOL!
