Fox Media Watch ping to the Today Show ping list.
:^)
When Cal Thomas attempted to cite the statement by William L. Schachte Jr., a retired rear admiral, to the effect that he was on the same small boat as Kerry but did not witness any enemy fire during the event for which Kerry received his first Purple Heart, Gabler totally lost it. He screamed and cut Cal off, determined that there would be no more discussion of the issue.
I watched that last night and Cal should have told him to shove it. This is what the leftists do when they don't want the public to hear important information and Cal let him get away with it.
It was an excellant example of what Doug Giles talked about in his article:

The libs are freaking out.
"... and furthermore: WURF -- !" :)
Conservatives have no cojones. We saw that during the clintoon era. He literally got away with murder while we stood by and watched.
Agreed, Cal shouldn't have backed down. I'll cut him slack because the very tight format of the show makes extended debate very difficult. In any case, Gabler's panicked reaction to the truth getting out was actually more telling than anything Cal could have said. The libs are in total panic/melt-down mode!
IloveitIloveitIloveitIloveit!!!
They haven't seen anything yet. The Bush Campaign has hardly begun to discuss Kerry's senate record. There are some rich veins to be tapped from that mine for sure! It's going to be fun to watch.
It's not like the idiots can address statements from Admirals and decorated war veterans who were there. They can't afford to keep digging the hole, so they've decided that declaring the entire issue over is the best course of action.
Now that JF'nK has been caught in a lot of lies the Democrats who were falsely accusing President Bush have become quiet, e.g., Ted (swimmer-man) Kennedy
That's true re the format of the show.
My husband never watches that show, until last night. He was ready to punch Neal Gabler.
I missed it; I nearly stroked out myself over Neal Gabler and decided I have to keep it together until November.
Jane was a riot. She was beside herself at the notion that the media would cover both sides. She demanded that the media flatly declare that the allegations are false.
I almost imagined she would fall to the floor, stamping her feet, beating her wrinkled little fists on the carpet, screaming "false, false I tell you! Lies, all lies! Make them go away! I can't stand it any mor-r-r-r-r-r-e!"
Is Kerry rapidly losing any hope of leading the 'rats to victory in 2004? If it looks like Kerry has no hope of winning, what can/will the 'rats do give themselves a chance of winning the election?
Is there any possible way they can put Hillary on the ballot? What are your thoughts Freepers?
I used to watch Capital Gang all the time but have gotten into the Beltway Boys/Media Watch habit. What time is Capital Gang on?
I hope some of the speeches at the convention mention that Kerry in 1997 said that it would show leadership if Clinton took on Iraq regardless of what the UN said. He also advocated American boots on the ground to force regime change.
The leftists will have to be hospitalized.
