I thought 527's couldn't play ads after Sept 2? If that's true, not only is McKeating/Feingold unconstitutional, it is criminal.

I agree with you that McCain/Feingold is both unconstitutional and criminal. That's why I intent to violate that law deliberately, and tell the FEC to "Come and get me," just prior to the 2 November election.
