Did I hear this right on NBC News ? The Kerry people have "threatened " Bush that if he does not denounce the Swiftvets ads , that "everything" would be on the table ? ( Meaning they would start to attack Bushs military record )
"If you denounce these ads we promise we will not spread rumors like we did in 2000... that you arranged for an abortion for your girlfriend, did cocaine at high profile parties and received a DUI.
"Please denounce these mean ads and we promise we won't play dirty any more!"

"Everything on the table," huh? The truth is the Kerry Campaign can't discuss the issues because their own candidate has no positions to discuss. His positions are whatever positions poll well on a given day. "Everything on the table," my ass. They couldn't make good on their threat if they tried.

So what? They already have attacked Bush's record! Remember the Democratic convention, when speaker after speaker talked about how Kerry was willing to serve, wasn't AWOL, etc.? That was all backhanded slaps at Bush.
John Kerry just wants to get the mainstream media's permission before going brazenly negative on Bush so they will pat him on the back for it and write about how brave he is to "fight back" against Bush's attacks.

Its time to turn up the heat on Kerry. Its time to start demanding he release ALL of his military, medical, and tax (including his sugar mamma's). Put the pressure on him to been seen as the one hiding things.
PS-Many of you here are going to hate this, but you know who's going to shield Pres. Bush most effectively in the days/weeks to come over this issue?

They're baking the cake now. The thirty years since, including his treasonous acts after Vietnam and a "so nothing" 20 years in Congress will be the icing for the cake. I love a well frosted cake.
