G. Gordon Liddy refers to Lanny as "the Liberals Liberal". It is a fitting descriptive. Liberals are the dead-end offshoot of evolution. Compassion misplaced by our ancestors allowed their kind to breed and multiply, uncontrollably. In ancient Rome, the weak and "undesirable" were culled and allowed to perish on the cold mountainsides. Modern Liberals should drop to their knees and thank "compassionate reformers" for doing away with the seemingly barbaric practice.

The best way really to defuse the controversy over Corsi is to say, "Well, who wasn't said things that were a little heated and over the top - and then regretted them later? Alec Baldwin saying that some Republicans should be stoned, Ellen Ratner hoping for heavy casualties in Iraq, Michael Moore comparing Sadr's fighters to the Minutemen, Julian Bond comparing Republicans to the Taliban, and even Rosie O'Donnell's desire to put gun owners in jail all have been excesses on the liberal side. Maybe both sides need to cool things down for a while."

The best way to resolve this situation is for no Freeper to ever apoligize for his words, unless Jim Rob has banned him, and for no Freeper to chastise him. I think we are letting our political ambitions get in the way of our good judgement of our own here.

No, Steve left Marcy to become a Forest Ranger. Marcy married a gigilo (who makes money through questionable means) after a weekend drunk. Steve tried to get her back, and ended up arrested... turned in by her new husband. I don't remember anything about a transvestite...

People say things in the heat of a debate, an event,etc. That doesn't mean they're racist, bigoted,whatever. I've said things on FR that were stupid. To date, not one of those people you mentioned has apologized. Conservatives are once again showing more character than liberals ever will.
